The Distinguished Student Awards Office (formerly National/International Fellowships and Scholarships) is looking for an energetic, detail-oriented, dependable, and creative undergraduate student assistant. The student will gain real-world experience while working in our dynamic environment 10-15 hours/week.

Position Description
- Work 10-15 hours per week during the academic year
- Manage social media and website additions
- Advertising and marketing, designing fliers
- Attend recruitment events on campus
- Data input in Excel
- Office support (e.g., answer phone, order supplies, manage office)
- Other projects as assigned
Requirements
- Ability to work during office hours (9 AM – 5 PM Monday-Friday), schedule can be negotiated around courses
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and deadlines
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
Desired

- Knowledge of Adobe Suite, Canva, WordPress
- Experience with updating/editing websites or online databases
